I love that there is a trend in business now that states:
"We want to give you FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! But, if you don't get us, then please feel free to try someone else." This has been working for me in my business.
I think as a business owner, you just have to let go of the ones that will never be happy.
If you do, the staff is happier and energetically, you get the customers that do "get" your service, and the business thrives.
